Agreement

Clifton.tv is operated by Clifton.tv LLC ("Clifton.tv," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By visiting clifton.tv, opting in for a resource, booking a call, or using anything we offer here, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we offer

Clifton.tv provides educational content about AI, automation, and decision-making, free resources, a community, and paid coaching, consulting, and done-with-you services. Some of what we offer is free; some is paid and governed by a separate agreement (see "Paid services" below).

Educational content, not professional advice

Everything on this site is for education and information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice, and it is not a promise of any specific result. Any examples of income, growth, or outcomes are illustrations, not guarantees. What you get out of it depends on your own work, market, and circumstances. Always do your own due diligence and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

Bookings and calls

When you book a call, show up on time or reschedule using the link in your confirmation. We may reschedule or cancel a call when we need to. Calls are for the purpose described when you booked them.

Paid services

Paid coaching, consulting, and done-with-you engagements are covered by a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the writing, videos, graphics, frameworks, and the Clifton.tv name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, republish, or build a competing product from it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm the site or other users. Don't scrape, hack, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Third-party platforms

We use and link to third-party platforms, for example Skool (community), our scheduling and email tools, and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies, not ours.

Disclaimer

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clifton.tv LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or our content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Clifton.tv LLC from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that venue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
